Tasting notes :
Nose : floral and exotic aromas.
Palate : balanced and complex with floral notes (wild carnation) on the attack, giving way to greater sweetness and roundness, with delicious coconut and hints of pastry (orange marmalade).
Finish : very long, remarkably rich.
Cru : Grande Champagne. 1st of the Cognac AOC. Clay-limestone soil.
Harvest : 2009 Vintage.
Ageing : 13 years in French oak barrel in a humid cellar.
