Palate : a supple and harmonious attack. The palate is dominated by elegant notes of fresh almond, accompanied by woody notes and a pleasant, rounded fruitiness.
Finish : clean and balanced.

Ageing : in French oak barrels.
Enjoy as an aperitif, in a cocktail, with 24-month-cured Bayonne ham, 18-month-matured Comté cheese, or a plum tart.
