VS Fransac Cognac

Tasting notes :

Colour : luminous pale gold, with straw-yellow highlights.

Nose : lively, clean. A lovely burst of freshness dominated by white flowers (vine blossom, lime blossom), citrus fruits (lemon zest, fresh grapefruit), fresh oak and vanilla.

Palate : a lively attack. Light and crisp on the palate, with aromas of fresh fruit (grapes, green apple).

Finish : refreshing and delicately spicy.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Ageing : in French oak barrels.

Enjoy as an aperitif, in a cocktail, with oysters, a seafood platter or fresh goat’s cheese.
