Description
Tasting notes :
Colour : deep amber with golden highlights.
Nose : the first nose is airy and delicate, evoking an elegant bouquet of wild flowers. When the Cognac is swirled in the glass, it reveals rich fruity notes, both candied and dried (apricot, date). The overall impression is of fullness and smoothness.
Palate : full-bodied and round on the attack, with notes of candied fruit complemented by woody and spicy notes (cinnamon, vanilla pod, nutmeg), creating a wonderfully harmonious sensation.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in French oak casks.
Best enjoyed neat, with a little water, or on the rocks.
