Tasting notes :
Colour : coppery with golden highlights.
Nose : complex, with aromas of citrus, ripe pear, white flowers, sweet spices (vanilla), dried fruit (apricot), toasted almond and a slight hint of oak.
Palate : the attack is smooth and velvety, with a perfect balance between roundness and freshness. The flavours develop into notes of ripe plum, caramel and honey, underpinned by delicate spicy nuances.
Finish : long and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of finesse and indulgence.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Fins Bois and Petite Champagne.
Ageing : 5 to 8 years in new French oak barrels.
