La Belle Inconnue - Cognac Pasquet
La Belle Inconnue is a beautiful amber color with aromas of a beautiful intensity. The gas offers a frank attack. In the mouth we find the aromas of fruit (grape, quince) and cognac, with good persistence.
La Belle Inconnue is eaten as an aperitif, alone or as a cocktail. We also recommend it for dessert as an accompaniment to a tarte tatin.
