Description
Symphonie des Terroirs N°1 is a hommage to a project created by Jean-Luc Pasquet and several Vigneron Indépendant colleagues in the 1990s. Jean-Luc was the master blender, overseeing the blends of Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Petite and Grande Champagne each-de-vie. All the grower-producers would propose their cognac from the property as well as the beautiful blend. We are so excited about sharing our very first Cognac, Appellation Cognac Contrôlée!
