Tasting notes :
Nose : Very elegant. Initial floral and fruity nose, followed by notes of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate.
Palate : Incredibly smooth. Delicious woody and mango notes reflect its advanced age, the result of long maturation in French oak casks.
A blend of molasses Rum distilled in a column still, aged for 8 to 15 years in Bourbon casks in Barbados.
Then a second ageing in ex-Ferrand casks for 10 years in France, near Cognac.
Enjoy neat as a digestif, on ice or in a cocktail.
