Nose : the nose is initially a little closed. It then develops lovely notes of tea, honey, peach, pear, apple and citrus.

Palate : round, with notes of exotic fruits, mango, orange, salted butter caramel, cinnamon and ginger.

Finish : smooth.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : Fins Bois, Bons Bois.

Enjoy as an aperitif, in a cocktail, or with an apple and cinnamon tart.
