Nose
Nice complex nose in dried fruits (nuts, fresh hazelnuts) and in beeswax. Nice note of beginning of rancio. One feels a beautiful breed coming from Grande Champagne (30% of the assembly).
Stuffy
Mouth dominated by hazelnut, butter. Finish slightly "toastée".
