Tasting notes :
Colour : rich amber.
Nose : very soft with notes of toasted mocha and vanilla, dried fruit and a hint of spices.
Palate : smooth, round structure with flavors of caramel, toffee and a touch of oak.
Finish : long and elegant.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : a blend of Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois eaux-de-vie.
Ageing : between 3 and 8 years in French oak barrels.
To be served in cocktail.
