Tasting notes :
Colour: A beautiful warm amber with orange highlights
Nose: A frank and assumed complexity of candied fruits, pear jam, nuts, cloves, prunes... Delicate notes of leather give it roundness and length
Palate: A lot of roundness on the palate, we find all the promises of the nose with candied fruits, cloves, prunes, walnuts, pear jam and notes of leather at the end of the mouth
