Tasting notes :
Colour : amber gold.
Nose : floral notes (rose petals).
Palate : fruity, spicy and woody notes, with hints of prune, candied fruit, cinnamon and vanilla, chocolate and liquorice.
Crus : a blend of Grande Champagne (at least 50 %) and Petite Champagne.
Ageing : minimum 4 years in French oak barrels.
Enjoy with a splash of sparkling water, in a cocktail, or neat with crushed ice as an aperitif or digestif.
