Tasting notes :
Colour : pale amber.
Nose : complex, with floral notes (jasmine, medlar blossom), fruity notes (ripe fig, prune, candied orange) and woody notes (warm brioche, crème brûlée, toasted oak).
Palate : full-bodied, smooth, elegant.
Finish : rich, lingering.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Clay-limestone terroir.
Ageing : a blend of eaux-de-vie, aged for a minimum of 20 years, with the oldest dating from the 1980 harvest.
Gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2024.
