Tasting notes :
On the eye : amber yellow robe and orange glints.
On the nose : subtle and delicate, leather, mild tobacco, prune and vanilla.
On the palate : a smooth and rounded attack, with aromas of orange blossom, prune and tobacco.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 15 years in new and old French oak barrels.
Serving suggestions : as a digestive.
