This excellent Cognac is a blend of very old Cognac. It develops roundness, suppleness and aromatic complexity, whilst expressing elegance and subtlety.
Description
Tasting notes :
On the eye : yellow-amber tile coloured robe and orange/brown glints.
On the nose : roundness and suppleness, apricot, candied fruits, prune, chocolate and cigar box aromas.
On the palate : a sustained and rounded attack, with much gentleness.
A very long finish with spicy, prune and caramel notes.
Cru : Fins Bois.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 26 years in new and old French oak barrels.
Serving suggestions : as a digestive with a cigar.
