Tasting notes :
Colour : yellow verging on amber.
Nose : elegant yet powerful with notes of vanilla, fresh fruit and white pepper.
Palate : lively with floral and fruity notes, dried lime blossom, vine blossom and vanilla.
Cru : Petite Champagne.
Terroir : curiously enough, this cru surrounds the Grande Champagne in the southern part of the Charente river. The land reveals characteristics similar to those of the Grande Champagne. Although very refined, the eaux-de-vie from this region can't match the exceptional distinction of the Grande Champagne cru.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 4 years in French oak barrels.
Serve as an aperitif, with or without ice. In cocktail with lemonade or fruit juice (mango, orange, banana).
