Tasting notes :
Colour : amber.
Nose : delicate with notes of vanilla, honey and caramel.
Palate : smooth and balanced.
Cru : Petite Champagne.
Terroir : curiously enough, this cru surrounds the Grande Champagne region in the southern part of the Charente river. The soil has characteristics similar to those of Grande Champagne. Although very refined, the eaux-de-vie from this region cannot match the exceptional distinction of the Grande Champagne vintage.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : 25 years in French oak casks.
Serve as a digestif.
