Nose : aromas of fresh fruits such as pear, peach and stewed fruits (baked apples and golden raisins).
Palate : subtle blend of freshness and fruitiness followed by the roundness of brioche and vanilla notes.
Finish : fruity freshness of fresh grapes and pear.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone soil.
Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks in a humid cellar.
