Nose : complex. It reveals a very rich aroma of vanilla, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate. A perfect blend of spices, dried fruits, flowers and linden.
Palate : It reveals a remarkable balance between notes of rancio and saffron, candied fruits.
Finish : notes of dark tobacco and liquorice.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Crus : Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois and Bons Bois.
Ageing : minimum 6 years old in French oak barrels.
