Double Lies 2010 Cognac Bourgoin : 70cl à 45% vol.
This cognac contains 200 mg/L of esters. This is three times more than the rate obtained with a classic dregs distillation. This is the Maillard reaction between the lees and the copper in the still during the cooking of the
toasting wine which allows this exceptional extraction of esters.
This new technique gives DOUBLE-LIE an incomparable aromatic intensity.
