Tasting notes :
Colour : pale gold with golden highlights.
Nose : clean, fresh and expressive, characterised by pear, apple and ripe grapes. Delicate notes of white flowers mingle with hints of vanilla, light honey and fresh oak.
Palate : the attack is supple, lively and generous. The palate reveals aromas of yellow fruit, candied citrus and vanilla. The oak ageing remains subtle and perfectly integrated, accompanied by an elegant spicy touch reminiscent of cinnamon and white pepper.
Grape varieties : Colombard and Ugni blanc.
Clay-limestone terroir.
Distillation on lees.
Ageing : 5 years in French Limousin oak casks.
Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
