Colour : golden.

Nose : wonderfully light and refined. Initial notes of apple and honey develop into subtle aromas of white flowers.

Palate : very supple and light, with a perfect balance between fruity and floral notes.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Crus : 50 % Petite Champagne, 50 % Fins Bois.

Distillation on lees.

Ageing : in French Limousin oak casks.

Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.
