To make an aromatic and intense Cognac, to rediscover the fruit of the vine and the lightness of its fragrances, that is what I asked Simon Palmer, our cellar master. Simon has blended the finest eaux de vie exclusively from our two estates: Domaine du Maine Drilhon, a Petite Champagne cru, and Domaine de Chez Maillard, a splendid and verdant limestone hilltop located in Fins Bois.

The ambitious aim of this new brand is to modernise the image of Cognac, to make a radical departure from its traditional codes in the presentation and design of the bottles, while remaining very respectful of the product's traditions and uncompromising about its quality. At last, a Cognac that resembles us.
