PROCESS AND AGING :
Our Pineau is made by blending slightly fermented grape must and two year old Cognac before letting it age together for another 24 months in Limousin oak cask.
This process gives our Pineau an extra round taste

PALATE : Fresh and sweet taste marked with baked apple and marmalade
