Palate : full-bodied, spicy and woody, notes of cinnamon, honey, ginger and white pepper.
Finish : very long.
Cru : Fins Bois. Clay-limestone terroir. 15 hectares vineyards. Certified 3 level High Environmental Value and Cognac Environmental Certification.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Harvest : 2012.
Consumption : Digestif only, power and complexity particularly appreciated by spirits lovers.
