1975 - TIMELESS POETRY
Limited Edition of 450 Pieces
Appellation Cognac Grande Champagne Contrôlée
Founded in 1763, Maison Hine has upheld the art of detail and the precision of a unique savoir-faire for over 260 years. True to its independent and audacious spirit, Hine distinguishes itself by elevating its vintage cognacs to the status of icons – authentic witnesses of a single year and its climate.
The HINE 1975 Vintage embodies a rare and exceptional expression of cognac, capturing the very essence of a remarkable year. Considered one of the greatest vintages of the 20th century, it reflects the perfect harmony between nature’s precision and the expertise of Hine’s Cellar Masters, Éric Forget and Paul Szersnovicz.
A Refined Showcase
This vintage is presented in an exclusive decanter crafted by Maison Bernardaud. Its three broad facets pay tribute to Hine’s singular trilogy:
the terroir of Grande and Petite Champagne,
double distillation on the lees,
ageing in fine-grained oak casks.
Topped with a stopper inspired by Hine’s historic motifs, the decanter plays with the light in a subtle interplay of reflections – a symbol of over two centuries of savoir-faire and heritage.
Here, the decanter nestles within delicate art paper, at the heart of a solid chest adorned with embossed patterns inspired by the aesthetics of the 1970s. Designed by Atelier Créanog, master of embossing and exceptional paper craftsmanship, this case evokes the finesse of porcelain and embodies the elegance of French artisanal tradition. A true work of expertise, it reflects over twenty years of artistry by Laurent Nogues, founder of the atelier and laureate of the prestigious Bettencourt-Schueller Prize.
With only 450 numbered editions, the Rituel Intemporel Case of the 1975 Vintage unites the excellence of cognac with the beauty of fine craftsmanship. A rare ritual of tasting, where every detail celebrates the encounter of time, memory, and elegance.
