Tasting notes :

Colour : Bright light orange.

On the nose/ palate : Balanced and dense. Stewed white fruits, caramelised orange peel. (Markus del Monego- World's Best Sommelier 1998).

Ageing: 5 years in Limousin oak barrels.

Appellation : Petite Champagne.

Grape variety : 100 % Ugni blanc.

Double distillation of the white wines from our production in the traditional Charentais still.

Then aged in French oak barrels in our cellars.

All LHERAUD Cognac are made without blending different eaux-de-vie and no added sugar or caramel.
