Maison Daviaud Cognac guarantees the independence, expertise and authenticity of its products.
Each year they select their best barrels in their cellars to create limited editions of 500 exceptional bottles.
The simple lines and hand-written information are reminiscent of the sample bottles used in the past by their forebears. The cork, sealed with wax at 3 points, is modelled on the bung of a barrel that has been sealed, guaranteeing its vintage. Like their terroir cognac, the bottling is done entirely by hand, from filling to labelling.
Description
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Notes of stone fruits such as peach and apricot as well as woody, mellow notes and, above all, a finesse characteristic of Grande Champagne eaux de vie.
Palate: Greedy notes of buttered toast. This cognac has an interesting length, typical of Grandes Champagne matured over time.
