Vintage 2010 Fins Bois Single Cask N°71 - Cognac Conte et Filles

This 2010 Fins Bois Cognac comes from our family vineyard and represents the last year our parents were at the helm of Domaine Conte et Filles. This Cognac originates from our vineyard plot located in Fins Bois, in Saint-Aulais-la-Chapelle.

As a tribute to family traditions and the passing down of knowledge, we selected this unique cask with Sachiko Noda. A sommelier, Cognac enthusiast, and Cognac importer in Japan, she wanted to share this Winter Cognac with you. The deep soils of Fins Bois impart a roundness and a slow, even ripening to the grapes. This reflects the heritage passed down through generations.

Going against the grain of our current era, we took the time to wait. Year after year, the aging process worked its magic: the aromas of Darjeeling tea and roasted coffee developed and revealed themselves.

This Fins Bois Cognac fully reflects the richness of our terroir and the care we put into each bottle.
