Tasting notes :

Colour : amber.

Nose : complex, with floral (dried flowers), fruity (peach, pear), and slightly spicy (licorice) notes.

Palate : balanced, with notes of citrus and stone fruit. A mineral touch.

Finish : long, with woody notes (rancio).

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Harvest : 2005.

Ageing : in French oak cask.
