1989 Grande Champagne single cask limited edition Conte & daughters Cognac

Tasting notes :

Colour : mahogany with golden highlights.

Nose : complex, fruity notes (dried fruit, quince, prune), woody (vanilla, rancio) and spicy (clove), leather.

Palate : powerful, concentrated, notes of candied fruit, cocoa, old oak, spices, licorice.

Finish : very long with notes of rancio and cigar box.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Harvest : 1989.

Ageing : minimum 30 years in French oak cask.

To be enjoyed pure as a digestif in a tulip glass, with a cigar.
