Tasting notes :

Colour : amber with golden highlights.

Nose : fruity notes (candied apricot, orange zest) and woody notes (vanilla, old oak).

Palate : powerful and round, with notes of dried fruit, spices and honey.

Finish : long, with notes of walnut, leather and rancio.

Grape variety : Ugni blanc.

Harvest : 1999.

Ageing : in French oak cask.

Un-chillfiltered.

Best enjoyed neat as a digestif in a tulip glass.
