Tasting notes :
Colour : a beautiful, bright and clear amber hue reminiscent of a very old Cognac.
Nose : complex notes of prune, dried fig, walnut, candied fruit and toasted hazelnut.
Palate : velvety and balanced, rich in rancio aromas that bear witness to its long ageing, leaving a lingering finish of candied fruit and nut.
Ageing : at least 30 years in French oak casks that previously held Cognac.
Serve as an aperitif, with foie gras, blue cheese or with a dessert.
