Description
Tasting notes :
Nose : Woody notes with aromas of yellow fruits and white flowers.
On the palate : complex, warm, dense and very fruity with toasted tannins.
Grape variety : Colombard.
It's a family single Estate managed by Lionel Ducom.
Vineyards of 3 hectares in the Fins Bois cru in the south of Charente. Limestone soil.
Harvest : 2016. Manual hand-picking.
Ageing : in new French oak barrels at 50 % the 1st year and after in old oak barrels.
Limited edition to only 400 bottles !
To taste at aperitif, with foie gras or with dessert.
