Napoléon Viti-Collection Organic Cask Single Lot 2011 Cognac Remi Landier : Bons Bois
It is a rare cognac, marked by an exceptional fruity, a golden color, a very slight influence of the wood and notes of very pronounced grapes.
In order to restore the best qualities of this edition, Les Landier preferred a degree to 45% not to filter cold and leaving more matter to the brandy giving it more aromatic amplitude and of fat.
