Pierre, grandson of the founder of the family distillery, and Arthur, from a family of winegrowers, decided to leave their mark on future generations by creating their Patte Blanche organic Cognac.

With the idea of revitalising the image of Cognac, the brand was developed around passion, youth and transparency.


This range of Cognac is the fruit of a preserved natural environment and authentic know-how, with an emphasis on the organic dimension.

As the fable says, ‘showing Patte Blanche’ means above all being trustworthy and honest.

From an early age, Pierre followed his father François into the vineyards, the cellar and the distillery.

At his side, he developed his curiosity, his thirst for learning and his desire to perpetuate the family tradition.

That's why Pierre obtained a degree specialising in Wines and Spirits at l'Oisellerie (16).

In 2013, his father asked him to join the family distillery to develop new projects together.
