Colour : ruby red, clear and very bright.

Nose : complex, with notes of red fruit and candied fruit.

Palate : elegant, round and rich, with aromas of morello cherry, strawberry, raspberry and sweet spices.

Terroir : clay-limestone soil.

Grape variety : merlot.

Hand-picking harvest.

Certified organic farming since 1972.

Ageing : 2 years in French Limousin oak barrels in a humid cellar.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, with melon, a dessert made with red berries or dark chocolate.
