Organic L.XI, 100% Folle Blanche, from the Grande Champagne terroir and organic farming, is a rare cognac in more ways than one!
Single grape variety: mostly Ugni Blanc is used today for the cognac brandies. A few plots of Colombard and Folle Blanche have escaped the Phylloxera pest that plagued the vines at the beginning of the last century.
Mono terroir : La Grande Champagne, the first growth of Cognac, with its clay-limestone soil, this terroir allows the cultivation of the best grapes of the appellation.
And finally, since 1998, Pasquet Cognacs have been recognized as Organic Agriculture!
Description
Aged for 10 years in the damp cellars of the property, this Organic Folle Blanche L.XI cognac offers you all the qualities of the Grande Champagne terroir:
Color: Golden amber
Nose : musky, mirabelle plum, spices, vine peach...
Taste : silky, with creamy nuances and flavors of honey, mirabelle plum, spices and nutmeg
To consume pure, or on ice.
